The Therapy
Evidence for crystal healing can be traced back to Egyptian times and today crystal energy is harnessed and used across many industries and technologies. As a form of vibrational healing, crystals absorb, amplify and transmit energy and can therefore influence the electro-magnetic field that exists around all living beings. They can help with a wide range of conditions and ailments, and enhance your living and working environment in many positive ways.
The Treatment
Crystal healing is carried out whilst fully clothed and reclining on a couch. Meditation music is played to help you relax and you may feel the healing energy as a slight 'shimmer' or have a heightened sense of wellbeing, lightness, relaxation or even 'hear' or 'see' sounds and colours. After a full consultation the appropriate crystals will be selected and these may be used in a variety of ways such as placing them on or around the body, in a 'grid' pattern on the floor or by holding them during the treatment. You will receive information on the properties of the crystals chosen and aftercare advice on any specific crystals you may be need.

(As a guide, I normally charge between £65-£90 for a one-day workshop. If you can't pay what you would like to pay, I ask that you pay what you can afford.)
Healing using the inherent energy and properties found in crystals is thousands of years old. Modern technologies and industries continue to utilise crystal energy in a myriad of ways. This experiential one-day workshop is an opportunity to discover how crystals can heal and to learn about the different classification and formation of crystals. You will be taught how to select, clear, cleanse and program crystals for healing, be shown techniques for self-streatment and how to use different types of 'shapes' and 'grids' for healing. THe workshop will help to develop your intuition and give you confidence in using crystals to enhance your own wellbeing. There will also be the opportunity of using a crystal pendulum and sampling specially developed crystal essences. A twelve-page handout will be given to all participants.
