myth & magic

defying logic

I recall a conversation I was having not long ago with a couple of friends.  As they are both coaches they were kindly listening to how my life was unfolding and a particularly turbulent episode I was emerging from that was linked to a past life episode. This led to a general discussion about how my life path has brought me to shamanism and I remember answering their gentle probing by saying -
"it defies logic.  And I like the fact that it defies logic!"
So welcome to the myth & magic that is part of my continuing shamanic journey.  As a failed writer (I say failed only because I was once offered a book publishing contract which I subsequently backed out of when the publisher wanted to change the emphasis of large sections of the book) I love the written word.  More than that though, I simply devour books!  My home overflows with books - mostly non-fiction work covering the whole gamut of complementary health, natural healing, spirituality and human consciousness.  Oh - and I love quantum physics!  I could write about the topic for hours but I think that's for another time!
Myth & magic is simply my way of bringing elements together to illustrate how life flows in those still moments - in the breath between breaths and space between spaces that we truly don't fully comprehend.
Myth & magic will be replete with fables, personal anecdotes, information, tips and anything else I feel moved to include.  Your feedback and comments are welcome as are any aspects of your own life path experiences you wish to share.
