My journey 

 

Following years of experience in supervising and coaching others, and a life-long student of manifestation and human potential, I turned to Life Coaching in the year 2000.  After gaining a National Diploma in Coaching I set up my own coaching practice the following year. 

 

Since then my path has led me to being attuned to Reiki (becoming a Reiki Master in 2007) and I now heal and teach others this gentle yet powerful healing method.  During a meditation somes years ago I became aware of the most beautiful sounds of crystals and this led me to train as a crystal healing therapist.  I continue to explore other areas of interest, including ongoing self study into quantum physics and working with the energy of intention and I've had the most profound past-life and between-lives regression experiences.  

 

My work also currently encompasses giving talks and presenting information about energy healing and the rise in human consciousness to groups and gatherings.  Recently I've been led to produce a specially developed range of crystal healing essences, which can be purchased directly. 

I also combine my natural intuitive and clairsentient abilities with Reiki healing and my love of nature to connect with and heal horses and dogs. 

 

I believe we are living in perhaps one of the most critical moments in human history ever and have chosen to be here to witness positive change for a better world.  There's no doubt there are huge challenges ahead as 2012 draws closer and we must all let go of fear and hold the light to help raise the vibrations and consciousness about our spiritual heritage.  The saying 'energy flows where intention goes' summarises my philosophy, and if this resonates with you and you wish to connect with me for some healing, a reading or being taught Reiki or attending a crystal workshop, then I look forward to hearing from you.
